Autobiography
About me
My name is Elizabeth Ebert and I am currently a freshman here at George Mason. Someday, I hope to become an elementary school teacher because working with kids is one of my passions. I also love to swim, which is why I joined the swim team here at Mason.
I signed up for this class to fulfill one of my IT requirements in order to move on with other classes related to my major. I do not have much experience with technology and the web. I use the web for looking up information, whether it has to do with school work or just something I may be curious of. I use my laptop a lot to go on social media websites such as Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, and to check my email. I also use it for typing notes for my classes. I don’t have a kindle or a nook, so when I read, which is usually in the summertime, I have the physical book in my hand.
I always have my phone with me. I usually text some of my friends from home throughout the day and I use it to keep in touch with my family, whether that is through texting, phone calling, or face timing. I prefer texting though! Also, I use my phone for playing games when I have a lot of free time. A few apps I like are fruit ninja, temple run, and snapchat. However, I rarely play games on my phone because I am usually busy.
